- Minimize contamination from pesticides, herbicides, or any lab-made chemical in your home environment.
- As recommended by Dr. Michael, consume water dense, plant-based foods.
- Your healing is a journey of commitment and love of self- attend your sessions regularly to achieve the results you desire.
