Join us at the YL Barn-Dance Festival , hosted by Dr. Sabina DeVita & Geoffrey Riley for an exciting event filled with fun, music, and essential tips to prepare for the winter season. Discover how essential oils can enhance your well-being and learn effective de-stress techniques to keep you relaxed during the colder months.
Our expert speakers will guide you through a few simple practical strategies to:
- stay healthy and joyful,
- decrease the stressors (including special breath-work technique with Dr. Raman Gokal),
- decrease the psychological impacts of a collective trauma,
