Bio-Hacking Principles with Ayurveda Breathing techniques incorporating Essential Oils into your practice, including yoga asanas that offer special benefits.

Brief Overview:  Learn the importance of specific breathing techniques for longevity, health and joyous living. Dr. Gokal has en-massed some very specific and unusual, yet simple breathing variations, along with meditation, chants and essential oils.
Learn some yoga asanas, meditation, breathing and grounding - ancient wisdom with modern science to support you through these turbulent times. This presentation will include movement and walks in the forest.

 Breathing exercises for anxiety went mainstream during the pandemic. Many people found  that after trying them out, these same stress reducing breathing techniques work well when  feeling overwhelmed.
Seems easy enough to do.....And when adding
aromatherapy to your routine,  wow-stress is reduced that much faster!

Dr. Gokal will lead you into some very helpful and unique ways to stay grounded, calm, revived and spiritually connected in this workshop.

This seminar will focus on various breathing techniques used in the practice of Pranayama and Yoga asanas (postures). What is so exciting is the science behind these breathing techniques which now reveals and only confirms what ancient wisdom has known for thousands of years.
 
Dr. Gokal will guide you in practical demonstrations of breathing techniques as you go through this incredible journey to connect with who you are. The first part of Dr. Gokal's presentation will be accompanied by PowerPoint slides. The rest of the day, those in attendance will be partaking in the breathing, movement and chant exercises out in nature, amongst the trees (weather permitting).

Included in this workshop will be the use of Young Living essential oils.

This is a First full-day workshop in combining the Pranayama breathing techniques with YL essential oils, which has been greatly requested and now offered!  



Along with Dr. Gokal, Dr. Sabina DeVita  will also take you to a special spot to enjoy her story of stone turtle and the sacred land. Participants will also be guided through a Special meditation with chanting.

Professor Dr. Raman Gokal, MB,ChB MD, FRCP, FASN. Dr. Gokal studied medicine at Oxford University under a Rhodes Scholarship. Professor Dr. Gokal has been involved in research in several aspects of renal disease and is an esteemed, world renown, published author and clinician. 
He was appointed to the post of consultant nephrologist in 1981 at the Manchester Royal Infirmary and thereafter Professor of Medicine at the University of Manchester, UK.   
Dr. Gokal has been involved in research in several aspects of renal disease and is an esteemed, world renown, published author and clinician. 

He retired in 2005 and since then has extended his interest in spiritual health and complementary medicine, with research and involvement in Ayurveda, Yoga and Pranayam, microcurrent DC acupuncture, Reiki Reconnect healing.
He is now a qualified foot reflexologist. He was the Chairman 
of the Medical Advisory Board of Patanjali Yoga Peeth (UK) under Swami Ramdev with whom he learnt the art and 
practice of Yoga, Pranayam and breathing.

Ayurveda, Yoga and Pranayam,
is a world-renowned medical expert & integrative health specialist— he will share cutting-edge strategies in his movement-breathing presentation that you can use right away.
He has continued to further his studies in aromatherapy, (utilizing Young Living oils) and energy technologies.

Dr.Gokal enjoys teaching others to empower themselves and to experience optimal health

About Dr. S. DeVita
Sabina M. DeVita, EdD, DCSJ, CBP, NCCP 
Dr. Sabina DeVita, in private practice for 30 years as an eclectic psychotherapist - psychologist, registered nutritionist, doctor of natural medicine, energy techniques and specialized Kinesiology. She founded the DeVita Wellness Institute of Living and Learning, as well as the Institute of Energy Wellness Studies. 

After becoming ill in the 1980’s with environmental sensitivities,  she specialized in her doctoral thesis on 'Cerebral Allergies – Understanding of Body, Mind and Spirit,'  pioneer work in the field of psychology at the University of Toronto. After graduating, She left her teaching career to open her DeVita Wellness clinic. 
She incorporated aromatic sciences with Young Living Co. & learned healing aromatic techniques with Founder D. Gary Young. 
Dr. DeVita is an established author,  an international speaker, a humanitarian and environmentalist, and sitting indigenous council member. Dr. DeVita represents the BioWell kirlian technology (developed by Dr. Konstantin Korotkov) in North America. As an advanced graduate of the BioGeometry system, she also represents the Bio-Geometry tools, 'Physics of Quality' Created by Dr. Ibrahim Karim.
Hon. Dr. DeVita was knighted as Dame & Dame Commander of the Sovereign Order of Knights Hospitaller of St. John of Jerusalem. Served as Honorable Deputy Member of the Canadian Delegation for the International Parliament of Safety and Peace.
